Customer Service Representative

for delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive at Magnuson
Products LLC. We are the leading manufacturer of aftermarket superchargers, and
we're looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented people-person to join our
customer service team.
Compensation: $15.00 and up
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the sales team, you
will be responsible for assisting customers with questions, supercharger parts
sales, warranty claims, and repairs. You will also maintain quality documentation
and assist with the tracking of our customer communications.
Skills and Background:
You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and you are
comfortable with using web-based software and email. A Passion for cars and
knowledge of basic automotive mechanics is a must, as is experience in a
customer-facing role. High school or equivalent education is required.
